Summary: The user has visibility on existing and past service plans as well as invoices sent out to them.
GSES and Users need to have visibility on site’s service plans.
In V 2.1. GSES manually enters, tracks and manages those plan
In the Portfolio Page, we need to remove the Performance Since Inception column and we add a new column called Plan to the left of the VIEW button
The User sees the Plan in Portfolio page (display current plan only for each site)
There is a new Organisation Tab, which lists the sites with their Plan (col 2) and plan start dates (col 3)
Here, the User has access to the Plan Log (per site, col 4) as well as the Invoicing Log (only one log)
The Invoicing Log needs to be ordered Chronological and each item is named as follows: “Organisation_Name Year Month”
