Elevating the Underperformance Detection A.I. (NSSN Grand Funding Scheme)

This is in relation to GSES-awarded NSSN Grand Funding Scheme, in partnership with UNSW, UTS and APVI. We will collaboratively design and execute the creation of a sophisticated A.I. that will aim to significantly improve GSES' ability to detect underperforming systems. The A.I. will both detect underperforming systems and also provide diagnostics to the best of its ability. There will still be human QA/QC in place in order to provide human verified diagnostics and O&M recommendations. Details on the methodology and outputs will be provided soon.

Solar Asset Documentation and Information

Mechanism to easily upload system information files and standard documents and media into Diagno. The intention is to allow the user to use Diagno as a true and unique asset management dashboard. The user is able to download files uploaded and view and retrieve system information data at the click of a button.

Tariff Registry Database

EDIT: This is now compounded in the major Self Onboarding overhaul In order for the tariff structure to be set up a particular site, the user is invited to upload an electricity bill GSES then creates a tariff structure and applies it to the site The user can browse through existing tables and apply to a site if the tariff structure already exists

We overhaul the onboarding process The user is invited to onboard themselves and we strive to make the self onboarding process take less than 2 minutes. Upon creating an account, the user either lands on an empty portfolio or an existing portfolio only if they have been invited to join Diagno by someone else The Portfolio Owner can create/edit/delete the following: 1.4.1. Organisations 1.4.2. Users 1.4.3. Sites 1.4.4. Assets (i.e. Devices) 1.4.5. Portfolio (view only) 1.4.6. Reports (view only) 1.4.7. Account (personal) Onboarding Assets is simplified as much as possible. Typically, only an API key or an email address to the Asset's portal is required. Simple instructions are provided to guide the user.

Interactive Action Log and Reporting

Adding an ability to include intermediary comments to an existing open issue (without using the closing comment section) Adding an ability to flag important issues and carry flags over to the Portfolio page and in the Monthly Report Add an Action Log Summary Report underneath the Performance Summary Report which includes a monthly record of issues, their status and their progress for the previous month. Notification: We (diagno@gses.com.au) need to be informed when someone uses the action log.  The Monthly Email now also includes condensed most-important information in relation to the Action Log Summary Report, that is: only show sites that have a flag and show the most recent comment in relation to the flagged action.

Plan & Invoice Integration

Summary: The user has visibility on existing and past service plans as well as invoices sent out to them. GSES and Users need to have visibility on site’s service plans. In V 2.1. GSES manually enters, tracks and manages those plan In the Portfolio Page, we need to remove the Performance Since Inception column and we add a new column called Plan to the left of the VIEW button The User sees the Plan in Portfolio page (display current plan only for each site) There is a new Organisation Tab, which lists the sites with their Plan (col 2) and plan start dates (col 3) Here, the User has access to the Plan Log (per site, col 4) as well as the Invoicing Log (only one log) The Invoicing Log needs to be ordered Chronological and each item is named as follows: “Organisation_Name Year Month”

Parent-to-Children Permission Request

A parent organization (Parent) must request permission from the children organization (Child/Children) to see the Children’s data. This means that when we specify the Parent’s Children, the Parent cannot start seeing the Children’s data right away. The GSES staff specifies the Parent’s Children (no change to that). The Parent clicks on Organisations tab where they can see a list of the names of all the Children assigned to them. A new Organisations tab is created. For Parents o   A table with a list of Children is shown. o   There is a Request button next to Children who haven't been requested a permission. o   The permission status is shown next to each Children. For Children: o   A table with a list of Parents who have sent the Child a permission request OR who have been granted permission is shown. o   There is a Review button next to Parents who have requested permission to view their data. o   The permission status is shown next to each parent organization. o   There is a Revoke button to revoke permissions previously granted

Children Portfolio Expand/Collapse

When a Parent is viewing the Children’s data in the Portfolio, the Parent needs to be able to easily switch between aggregated data and site-by-site data.
